Happy Easter to everyone!
We had a very low-key day today. We slept in (yay!) and went to John’s parents for a late brunch. We hung out there for a bit, and then came home to do more basement emptying. The basement is empty and (mostly) dry. The house is still a mess, and the garage is FULL. I’ll have pictures of the basement and garage tomorrow.
We napped a bit late this afternoon, and John went to help finish building the set for “Barefoot in the Park” at the high school. I have been trying to catch up on laundry, get the kitchen presentable, and working on some work things I need to finish up for early next week.
I’m heading back to Lafayette again tomorrow morning. This is a (relatively) quick trip – I’m coming back home Wednesday night, just in time to figure out what I need to do backstage for “Barefoot.”
So – upcoming activities:
2 scientific poster sessions at Purdue
“Barefoot in the Park” April 9 &10 presented by the Gibson County Theatre Company at the Princeton high school
Play reading – four short plays April 12, a forum for the GCTC crew to get together and just play at the Farmer’s Daughter Bakery and Cafe
