I was wondering how much juice was squeezed from the half acre of sorghum?

    • Thanks for asking! We got a little over 300 gallons of fluid from the half acre of sweet sorghum stalks. This was boiled down to around 30 gallons of sorghum syrup. The amount of fluid and the amount of syrup will vary from year to year based on the moisture and sugar contents of the sweet sorghum stalks.
